- [ ] **Inspect Dishwasher Filter:** Check the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher for any trapped food or debris and rinse it out.
### Quarterly (Every 3 Months)

- [ ] **Replace AC Distribution Panel Filter:**
1. 📍 **Locate the Panel:** The distribution panel is the metal grate on the HVAC near the air filter (under the basement stairs).
2. 🔧 **Remove the Old Filter:** Open the grate. The old filter (it's a blue, fibrous material) should be sitting inside. Carefully take it out.
3. 🛍️ **Get the Replacement:** Take the old filter with you to a hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe's. Show it to an employee in the HVAC aisle and they will help you get a new roll of the exact same material.
4. ✨ **Install the New Filter:** Cut the new filter material to the same size as the old one and simply place it inside the grate before closing it.
