A quick update on the bigger projects that are still in motion.

### Patio Pipe Leak Repair
* **Status:** The leak is completely contained (spigot is shut off) and the house water is fully functional. I have researched and vetted three highly-rated local plumbers.
* **Next Step:** Just need your go-ahead when you feel ready, and I can start calling to schedule quotes. No rush at all on this.
### Dining Room Light Bulb
* **Status:** Moved one of the dining room light bulbs to the den.
* **Next Step:** Identify the bulb and purchase another one. Install.
### Garage Floor
* **Status:** Debris and large oil stain has been removed from garage floor, but the oxiclean residue is still present. Your truck is still leaking something onto the floor, so I'll put a hold on further cleaning until I can figure out what's happening with your truck.
* **Next Step:** Rinsing away the rest of the residue and possibly doing another cleaning at some point.
### Outdoor Spigot Caps
* **Status:** Need to order more brass caps.
* **Next Step:** Ordering and installing/storing the caps.
### Floor Vent Cleaning
* **Status:** Developed a plan to clean the vent.
* **Next Step:** Getting it clean and reinstalled. The replacement vent has been put in the garage for storage/disposal.
### Furniture Refresh
* **Status:** Waiting on shipment of essential oils. They may not arrive on time.
* **Next Step:** Spraying the fabric furniture surfaces with an mixture to freshen them up.
### Distribution Panel Replacement
* **Status:** Once I have a chance to get to home depo or Lowes.
* **Next Step:** Taking the AC Distribution panel off and going up to a hardware store. This needs to be replaced yearly.
### Installing Kitchen Fire Extinguisher
* **Status:** Looking at options.
* **Next Step:** Buy and put in place.
### Replace Kitchen Cabinet Handles
* **Status:** Looking at options.
* **Next Step:** Buy and put in place.
### Misaligned Bathroom Door
* **Status:** The door doesn't latch properly due to a misalignment with the frame. This will likely require a professional carpenter to adjust or more time that I have to work on it.
* **Next Step:** Get quotes or make a plan for a fix.
